Our website is to be used as pricing guide only and the majority of purchases cannot be made directly from the site. Unlike simple boxed goods, the furniture items we offer are very complex with many options, colors, etc. available. After a full discussion with you to determine your needs, we will provide a final written quote for all orders which supersedes all pricing information available on-line. This quote will detail furniture choice and options; shipping charges; and other additional services you may choose.

Chair Concepts strives daily for all information to be accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors when they come to our attention as well as adjust prices without notice. Due to constantly changing freight and product prices, quote prices are only guaranteed for the time period stated on the actual quote. Product features and specifications are the Manufacturer's Specifications. All upholstery, frame finish colors, etc displayed onscreen are a close representation of the actual color of the product. To ensure desired colors and matches are obtained, please request a sample of your choice.

Upon receipt of goods, consumer must inspect all merchandise and note any damage on the Bill of Lading (Delivery Receipt) which the delivery driver will have you sign. prior to signing the receipt as well as contact the manufacturer immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or loss of damage recovery.
