Please note that warranties vary by manufacturer and product. Chair Concepts will readily provide the manufacturer's warranty information for any product upon request. In the case of conflict, the warranty terms stated in the manufacturer warranty certificate will prevail. We will assist all customers requesting warranty service by helping to establish communication with the warranty department of the original manufacture.
