In late 2008, like so many other companies in such a challenging economic climate, North American Seating Company (NASCO) made the business decision to cease operations. 

North American Seating Company Matching Orders and Replacement Parts

With the closure of NASCO, we immediately saw an opportunity to fill a void in the market by offering a service to try to match North American Seating Company chairs. We have made contact with a manufacturer who can supply a similar chair to NASCO's church chairs. The manufacturer who is making the similar North American Seating Company's chair models B222; CO555 and A111 has made some minor changes and improvements. You will need to provide a copy of your previous paperwork detailing exactly what you ordered (frame colors and upholstery and options). It is also essential that you take photos of your chair from the front, side and back. Email the photos to us so we can make sure that we get the details right when we consult with the factory. If you do not have the original paperwork, please contact us anyway. We will help figure out what you have and then let you know what we can do to help.

North American Seating Company Warranty Claims

We DO NOT provide any warranty service for North American Seating Company products. If you have a warranty issue, check your chair --- it may have the actual manufacturer listed on the bottom of the chair and you can contact them directly for service. If there is no phone number or address, tell us whose name is listed and we will try to find company contact information for you. NASCO also "private labeled" some chairs under their own name. That means someone manufactured the chair for them, but they only put the NASCO name on the chair. If that is the case, you will not know who manufactured the chair.
